The Kinetic Team works with both public and private entities in order to provide valuable expertise regarding a variety of subject matter areas, whether related to product and technology consulting, media and communications, and even community safety and security as it is related to public safety interaction.
TRAINING
Given Kinetic’s on the ground relationships with agencies across the nation, we endeavor to help public safety access the training they need, given the challenges they face on a daily basis. Most agencies today have lost many senior officers and continue to face extensive retention challenges. Further, understaffed agencies constantly struggle with fielding officers and finding time to maintain officer training requirements. We work to identify gaps and connect agencies with the training they desperately need, locally. While we support numerous agencies and communities, we often supplement our consulting efforts with specific internally-hosted training packages, or bringing in partner teams with specific SMEs and course curricula to provide the latest and most effective strategies to meet the challenges these agencies and communities face today.
